Our opportunity has been declared complete and the company now is raising capital through sales for the production of the first 100POS units.

To modernize the facilities while maintaining our status as Portugal’s N*1 milk producer I come back here to the mainland to work over the export only cannabis industry and develop the domestic marijuana and hemp supply under a monopoly. We can now modernize the dairy business and free up pasture land to produce “Ocean Grown Cannabis” from the volcanic soil which is abundant throughout the archepelago.

Now that the IRS PT has offered to close our legal fees for licensing the end of prohibition, the first posting for IRS 2021 has been submitted which has enabled the opening of Project Optimus as of today 6.18.2022.  Thanks to our new partners at Prime Lenders PT our fund stands to complete the booty truck delivery of $60,000 in the next few days.

The Tourism Ministry of Azores wants to allow both medical and recreational cannabis industries to prosper throughout the islands. So, when the minister discovered our company is ready to develop the domestic cannabis / hemp industry and reflected upon the company;s recent regulatory accomplishments, we have been blessed with the opportunity to relocate our HQ to one of the islands where the company can provide cannabis banking for domestic archepelago-wide sales.

This quarter saw the start of the deal that enables our company to provide licensing to Azores for recreational cannabis opportunities throughout the archipelago.  However, there have been delays in reopening due to financial difficulties starting from lack of visa services offered by one of the Continental banks which were never delivered as contracted.  This delay is not the bank’s fault.   The problem started with the mafia next door to the original company address when they opened a new restaurant and forced our company to pay their tax through the use of socialism whereas Portugal is not a real democracy and has a devious corporate tax collection system which will shortly see this corruption addressed in one of the local courts.

This quarter continues on from Q1 where assets from the pension funds were used to locate the personal wallet opened in 2008 containing approximately 273 BTC. This wallet was planted into a peer to peer lending ecommerce as loan fodder to registered approved borrowers and disappeared during the implementation of the illegal force majeure on the pre-covid biolab started in 2017; with the registration of the cannabis industry pact sociale to become Portugal’s first domestic cannabis medicine and hemp flowers commodities brand for domestic consumption.

This quarter will focus on a $10MM loan from Turkey in order to deliver the distributed power generation to Azores for enabling the growing of 1000 kilos per year of cannabis flowers as well as the hemp required to deliver sufficient biomass for carbon-negarive power generation.

Our focus this quarter is to complete the Tax Certification Validation Process with our venture capital company headquartered in Turkey.  The attorney has now registered the tax for the investment and we are earning the funding for completing delivery of 10 community power biomass generation stations providing Azores with carbon negative electricity.  Now that the $10MM Venture Capital loan is signed, It is up to the bank to apply for where we can send the money to start buying up lucrative property investments in Middle Earth.

The partnership has earned the attention of the Energy Innovation Council of the European Union. To wit the invoice for the consulting services on the short application where the EU Equity offer is then followed with a Sustainable Energy Security Project is awarded 15 million euros.  The Short Application invoice has been sent to a subsidiary bank for a 50 million euro forgivable loan thanks to the Sinking Funds in Energy Security Bureau of Loans Department. This incentive to maintain the European Union on our board has additional benefits in PADOR with the upcoming reinstatement of the AWO Jet Propulsion Lab Biorefinery Planning Dept.
