To begiin with …

The people at https://farawaylandseedbank.com don’t give away anybody’s email or phone number and certainly we don’t even look at your CC numbers or your account password.

The only people who get peoples address is the post office and your phone number is never on the envelope.  We also do not expect you to sit around waiting to sign anything when your order arrives.

If you support us, it is because you like what we do and we don’t have time to let anybody know what you are doing.

When we take your money 2 things happen a) you get your stuff;  b) if you bought seeds you get nice plants.

Ok if from the time you choose option a and then go for option b and you get disappointed – just make up a good story and send it to the email provided with your order.  We will work something out to fix things.

Ok if you forgot the email just look at the contact page and provide us the order number.

OK if you do not remember where to find the order number we will look at the list. Cuz if you paid then You Just Made the List!

Well if something happened with option b and you don’t have the order number – well we know where you are and where you live and we will figure out what went wrong so you can try again!

Most important policy – we;re friends who you can trust.
